2020 | (Inauguration prévue mai 2021) Théâtre Alphonse-Desjardins, Repentigny, Québec, Canada
Three human figures smaller than human scale were modelled in foundry wax to be cast in aluminum and coated with a translucent layer of red paint. Each figure maintains a different relationship with the structure that crosses the Chemin de la Création which runs alongside the Théâtre Alphonse-Desjardins in Repentigny. They each hold an object that suggests the beginning of a story. The woman shows us a boat, the girl has a conversation with a buzzard, and the old man holds a bunch of leaves upside down to keep them fresh until they are presented. This feeling of anticipation specific to the theatre is summed up by the title The day where the wind rises.
